Standing on the degrading marble floor, he is trying to capture the dragon? He has lost his pointy little hat, maybe electricity has blown it off and mussed up his hair. I see primarily the two colors, blues and golds. But I presume there are many more colors used to get this effect than what jumps
out at me.
